It is a rigorous, experiential, and deeply human program that prepares you for the full reality of what it means to guide others through one of the most powerful healing experiences on earth.

Eight weeks of online training cover the theory, ethics, neuroscience, trauma frameworks, and business foundations. Seven days in Costa Rica bring it all into the body — live ceremonies, supervision, real practice with skilled mentorship. You leave knowing how to hold a container, how to handle what arises, and how to build a retreat practice that is both safe and sustainable.

Neuroscience of psychedelics, history of ceremonial use, therapeutic research landscape, and the legal context across regions. You speak with authority because you understand the full picture.

Trauma-Informed Facilitation
Trauma physiology, nervous system regulation, somatic awareness. How to recognize activation, how to hold it, and how to guide someone through it without making it worse.

Ceremony Design & Container Holding
How to design a ceremony from intention to closing. Music, setting, ritual, presence, and the invisible architecture that makes a container safe enough for people to go deep.

Screening, Preparation & Client Intake
How to screen clients properly, who is and isn't appropriate for this work, how to conduct preparation sessions, and how to set the relational foundation that determines how the journey goes.

The medicine opens. Integration determines whether it sticks. Learn the frameworks that help people translate what they experienced into lasting change in their actual lives.

Difficult Experiences: Preparation & Response
What to do when it gets hard. Anxiety, fear, dissociation, psychosis risk, physical challenges. You will be ready for what most facilitators are not trained to handle.
